Tall Roots is growing, a big welcome to the team Annie!

A warm welcome Annie Regan-Tighe, who has just joined the team as an Associate Partner.

Annie brings over a decade of experience partnering with a range of charities, social enterprises and other non-profits. Originally joining a large, multi-national recruitment business specialising in fundraising appointments, she later joined a executive search and board consulting firm primarily within the not-for-profit sector. More recently, Annie has been the global charity recruitment lead for an international recruitment business, recruiting mid to senior level charity positions in the UK and overseas.

Born and raised in East London Annie is deeply passionate about promoting equality and breaking down socio-economic barriers. Throughout her career she has worked closely with organisations to create inclusive processes, ensuring diverse talent is represented at all levels. Annie is committed to helping charities build teams that reflect the communities they serve, fostering environments where everyone can thrive, regardless of their background.

When she’s not delivering excellent results for Tall Roots and its Clients, Annie loves spending time with her two young daughters. Sundays are her favourite, where they are usually at their local county park on the Gruffalo trail or dancing to their favourite George Ezra song on repeat in the garden, followed by a lovely roast dinner and a crisp glass of wine, ready to start the week ahead.
