Anoshe Waheed appointed as Crisis' next Director of People & Culture
Congratulations to Anoshe Waheed, who recently joined Crisis as their new Director of People & Culture, reporting to Louise Harris!
Anoshe joined from Macmillan, where she oversaw the people & culture strategy for the charity’s largest directorate. Her earlier career included roles at Frontline, Save the Children and Y Care International, alongside serving as a Trustee of Women’s Aid in Luton.
Anoshe commented:
"I’m really pleased to have joined Crisis at such an important point in its 10-year strategy to end homelessness and excited to play my part in ensuring we have the right culture to deliver on that ambition for our staff, members and volunteers. It was great to work with Tall Roots who were supportive, honest and clear throughout the process. They provided feedback through each stage and were really responsive."
It was a delight to work with Lou and the team on this search, and we very much look forward to seeing everything they achieve together!
