Anoshe Waheed appointed as Crisis' next Director of People & Culture

A huge congratulations to Anoshe Waheed, who will shortly be joining Crisis as its new Director of People & Culture.

Anoshe bring varied experience spanning over a decade across people leadership, programme delivery and organisational change. She joins Crisis from Macmillan, where for the past three years she has led people and culture for the charity's largest directorate of c800 colleagues. Earlier in her career, Anoshe held roles as social care charity Frontline, where she was Head of People. She has also held roles at Save the Children and Y Care International. Alongside her substantive roles, Anoshe has previously served as a Trustee of Women's Aid in Luton.

We wish Anoshe all the very best in her new role at Crisis and can't wait to see what she and the team achieve together!
