In2scienceUK exists to unlock the potential of young people from low socioeconomic and under-resourced backgrounds, improving diversity and inclusion across STEM and helping ensure the UK remains at the forefront of these industries.
Tall Roots led the search for a leader to guide the organisation’s next phase of growth and impact. Rachel brings extensive expertise in strategy, programme development, innovation and public engagement, with a strong track record of advancing access to science and research. Her career reflects a deep commitment to broadening participation and fostering meaningful engagement with STEM across diverse audiences.
