Partnering with PSS to strengthen their Board with five new Trustees

We’re delighted to have partnered with PSS in the successful recruitment of five new Trustees, plus one committee member, exceeding our original brief and strengthening their board with a diverse mix of skills, perspectives and lived experience.

PSS is a UK charity that provides community care, mental health support and specialised services for adults with learning or physical disabilities.

The new Trustees bring valuable insight shaped by their personal and professional journeys, helping to ensure PSS continues to reflect and respond to the communities it serves. Lived experience plays a vital role in effective governance, grounding strategic decision-making in real-world understanding and empathy.
