Zoë Whyatt joins as Director of Central Operations role at IPS Grow - part of Social Finance

Congratulations to Zoë Whyatt, who has recently stepped into the role of Director of Central Operations at IPS Grow – part of Social Finance.

Zoë has spent much of her career supporting organisations to scale their operations, while strengthening their strategy and impact. A former Investment Director at Impetus PEF, more recently Zoe has worked as Interim CEO 38 Degrees and Homes for Good. She has also served as Chair of WorkingRite and Year Here.

In her role, Zoë will be playing a key role in ensuring at IPS Grow has the right structures, processes and culture required to its continued growth for the years ahead.
