Global Witness Appoints Dean Anderson as Director of Fundraising

Working closely with the organisation’s leadership team, Tall Roots led the search for a fundraising leader to drive growth and strengthen global income streams. Dean brings over 20 years of experience across international NGOs, with a strong track record of developing major donor programmes, corporate partnerships and multi-year fundraising strategies. He combines deep expertise in philanthropy, marketing communications and strategic planning with hands-on leadership of high-performing teams, supporting impactful work across complex global contexts.
