Working in partnership with the senior leadership team, Tall Roots led the search for a leader to drive engagement and influence across a complex stakeholder landscape. Sara brings extensive experience in health policy, public sector strategy and national programme delivery, with a strong track record of leading innovation and shaping evidence-based policy. Her career reflects a deep commitment to improving systems, delivering value for public resources and driving meaningful, large-scale impact.
